不是说因为有了十几年的积淀，也不能说又有了很大的改变，更不能说是因为有了新的环境。然而天作确是实实在在的发生着改变，这种改变应当说是积极的。人员的充实让它充满了活力；环境的改变让它充满了激情；体制的变革让它充满了希望。不管这一切如何变化，我们追求的目标没有改变，我们坚持的道路没有改变，我们共同的理想没有改变。

正因这些，天作的平实自然之路将是光明而宽阔的……

Time runs so fast and TianZuo has come into a new period on its way.

We are changing step by step, which is indubitably. The reason is not simply the accumulation of more than ten years, nor have we done some obvious conversions, nor the new environment we possess now. I think we should say the changing is positive.

Enlarge of members makes it vigorous, changing of environment endows it with passion and reform of system brings it hope. While no matter how these things change, the aim we chase will never change, the way we insist on will never change and our collective ideal will never change.
